After four years away to help my daughter with my grandchildren, I am back doing the work I love.
A long career, and a very personal reason to come back.
I have been in Yuma real estate for more than 30 years. Along the way, I became a licensed general contractor and a developer. That experience changed the way I look at a home. I see the structure, the work behind the walls, and the decisions that shape a property for years to come.
I stepped away from the business for four years to help my daughter with my grandchildren. It was the right thing for my family at the time. This year, I came back. I missed the people, the conversations, and helping someone find the place that fits their life.
I understand the seller’s side as well as the buyer’s. I know how much goes into getting a property ready, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to make a purchase. My job is to bring both perspectives to the table and help you move forward with a clear head.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I work with my clients in both languages.
There is no need to rush a good decision. I want you to feel informed, comfortable, and looked after from our first conversation to the closing table.
